客家酿苦瓜

做法practice

1苦瓜切成约3厘米长的棋子段,挖出瓤籽

2肉末装入碗中,加入少许生抽、鸡精、盐、胡椒粉、生粉、芝麻油拌匀,腌渍10分钟入味

3锅中注水烧开,加少许食粉,倒入苦瓜拌匀,煮约2分钟至熟,捞出,放入凉水中冷却

4苦瓜段内壁抹上生粉,逐一填入腌好的肉末

5用油起锅,放入苦瓜煎至微微

焦黄后盛出
